Medication Synchronization

Tired of multiple trips to the pharmacy? Talk to our pharmacy staff about enrolling you into med sync. Med sync eliminates the need for calling in multiple refills and allows you the convenience of fewer trips to the pharmacy. Once enrolled, pharmacy staff will review your ongoing monthly medications and develop a plan to synchronize them so they can be picked up on a single day each month that is convenient for you.

Pharmacy staff may call you to confirm your pick up date about a week prior and identify any necessary changes that should take place before your prescriptions are filled. On your scheduled day, you pick up all of your prescriptions at the pharmacy.

Diabetic Screenings

Diabetes screening & counseling is a service designed to measure a patient’s risk for diabetes. For most accurate results, it is recommended that you fast for 9-12 hours before testing. A blood test will be performed by obtaining a small blood sample from the patient’s finger to measure blood sugar levels.

This service is recommended for patients who may be at risk for diabetes and who are interested in better understanding their health so they can take steps to lead a healthier life.

Prescription Cost Review

Prescription drug plans can be complex, especially for those on Medicare Part D. One way to save money is to seek an unbiased recommendation on coverage that’s best-suited for you.

Prescription drugs are among the most common health care interventions and have turned some once-fatal diseases into manageable conditions — but they have also been a growing source of controversy. Patients in the US struggle with increasing costs and express concerns about why many conditions, such as Alzheimer’s disease, remain without adequate therapeutic options.
